In case you wonder which matches do you want to watch today, here are some of our suggestions for clashes of big importance that are threatening to become a real spectacle for the neutral fans.
Hertha Berlin - Bayern Munich (14:30 GMT)
That is an important match for both teams and either side will be fighting for the 3 points today. Hertha are 4th in the standings with only 4 points ahead of the 5th and they will be looking to secure their place for Champions League next season. Furthermore, they can even challenge Bayer Leverkusen for the 3rd place being only 2 points behind them. Things are easier for Bayern, because they are at the top of the standings 7 points above Borussia, but with the 4 matches that are still to come their title is not still certain and they have to win at least 7 more points to secure their title in the Bundesliga.
Liverpool - Newcastle (15:00 GMT)
This will definitely be the most interesting match in the Premier League today. The reason is that both teams have hard tasks to accomplish until the end of the season. Liverpool have to finish among the top 5 (or 6th depending on who wins the FA cup) to play in European tournaments next season. The task in front of Newcastle is to save the team from relegation. Rafa Benitez took over the team with this only requirement and it definitely reflected well on them, but they are still in the relegation zone only 2 points away from the safe coast. Their opponents, however, are on fire after winning their last 3 matches in the Premier League (the last of which 4:0 against Everton) and qualifying for the Europa League semifinals.
Everton - Manchester United (17:15 GMT)
The FA cup's semifinal. This tournament is the only opportunity for both teams to win a big trophy this season. The statistics say that United have lost their last two semifinals in the FA cup, against Everton in 2009 and against Manchester City in 2011. Furthermore, Everton are yet to concede a goal in this tournament for the current season. This puts the Toffees in the role of favorites for tonight, but in football nothing is ever 100% certain.
Levski - Ludogorets (18:00 GMT)
This is a clash between the first two teams in Bulgaria. Although there are 14 points separating them and Levski basically lost all chances for the title, the clash will still be really enthralling as all the other matches between those sides.
