Manchester United and West Ham meet in the last quarterfinal of the FA cup, to decide who is going to advance to the semifinals among with Crystal Palace, Everton, and Watford. The Reds have the privilege to be hosts and this may turn out to be a big advantage to them since they are in a run of 4 consecutive home victories. Although they play strong at home, they lost a Europa League clash against Liverpool with 2:0 earlier this week in which they had only one shot on target. This defeat left them with low chances of advancing further in that tournament and the only real opportunity to them of winning a trophy is the FA cup. They face a serious trouble, however, with Juan Mata missing the match due to suspension as well as with the injuries of Rooney, Shaw, and Valencia.
West Ham are also in a good form, being currently 5th in Premier League with 2 points ahead of the Red Devils and have good chances of finishing among the top 4 teams. The Hammers won their last four games in all tournaments.
