Matches to follow on Sunday (21th February) +links for the matches

It's Sunday and this means that there are plenty of football matches to watch today. So if you are a football fan and you still do not know which match you want to see, here are some suggestions:

1/ Chelsea vs Manchester City (FA cup 16:00 GMT) - While the Citizens remain with chances to win all trophies in the tournaments they participate in (Premier League, Champions League, FA cup) for Chelsea this cup is the only real possibility to win a title this season. 2 of the last 3 runs of Chelsea, however, were ended by Manchester. It is in Chelsea's favor that the match will be played on their own stadium, Stamford Bridge. The fact that Chelsea's coach, Hiddink, has not lost a match in this cup, with whom they won it back in 2009, is also notable. The winner will advance to the 1/4 finals.

2/ Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace (FA cup 15:00 GMT) - The story is similar with this clash as well. Tottenham are still one of the favorites for the Premier League title, while Crystal Palace last won a match on 19 December and are now far away from even fighting for a place in European tournaments. Their manager Alan Pardew, however, believes that his team can overcome the Spurs today. It seems impossible, but in their favor plays the injury of Tottenham's goalkeeper Hugo Lloris who is going to miss the match today.

3/ Atletico Madrid - Villarreal (BBVA 19:30 GMT) - Atletico faces Villareal tonight and the odds are high for both teams. A win for Atletico tonight would move them closer to Barcelona and they would be able to challenge Barca for the title. On the other hand, Villareal is the only real threat left for the Spanish grands which may join the title race. They are currently 4th with only 6 points away from Atletico. The advantages Atletico has are that they are hosts and that Villareal played a really tied match in Thursday against Napoli when they won 1:0.

4/ Bayer Leverkusen vs Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga 14:30 GMT) - Two teams who fight for the Europa League title his season, but also search a place in Champions League next season. To do that they have to finish among the top 4. And while Bayer are still on the edge being 4th with 35 poinnts, Borussia is the only team to question Bayern for the title. So this match really means a lot to both teams and they will do anything possible for the 3 points.

5/ Dinamo Zagreb vs Rijeka (Croatia 1st League 16:00 GMT) - Another exciting fixture today is unfortunately far away from the highlights, but could still be really interesting for the football fans. This is a match between the 1st and the 2nd in Croatia and it is a crucial match for both teams since there are only 2 points separating them. A win for Dinamo would lead them 5 points ahead which is more than a comfortable advantage, but a win for Rijeka would turn the things over.
