| Djokovic taking medical timeout |
The World No 1, Novak Djokovic, retreated from his match against Feliciano Lopez in the quarter-finals of Dubai Duty Free Championship.
After the early break of Lopez, the Serbinator called for a pharmacist because of a problem with his eyes. Usually, Nole wears lenses while playing and glasses out of the court but he did not have a similar problem in the past.Djokovic served in the last game of the first set in which the Spanish player made another break to win the first set 6-3. Immediately after the end of the first set, Novak went to shake hands with Lopez.
Feliciano is going to face Markos Baghdatis who defeated Bautista Agut 7:5, 6:0.
The other semi-final is between Wawrinka nad Kyrgios.
